First day of Chinese New Year, my family went back to my hometown in Negeri Sembilan.



Since it's CNY, ALL THE KIDS in my maternal family came back. Total of FIVE CHILDREN, between 2~8 years old!!! And YOU WOULDN'T WANT TO BE THERE when they start SCREAMING AND SHOUTING AND CRYING AND FIGHTING. Then again, they're always screaming.. so no point asking you not to be there also.

*sobs* My ears.. My pitiful ears...

GAHH!!! *pulls hair* I've never liked kids! My tolerance level is very low when it comes to children. Geez!

Sorry la. I know I'm suppose to put up some CNY songs (dong dong chiang~) but, too bad I'm not too fond of them. And since this song appeared on my Ipod while I was listening at my hometown (Negeri Sembilan),

Went Thean Hao Gong few hours before the clock stikes twelve. ;D

Adele house practice was ok. Not that the form sixers did anything (we were always left forgotten).. But, I only know the sun was being very very cruel to us during the practice. After the house practice, I saw dark clouds and it started drizzling when I reached the station. Grrrrrrr.

Some talk on safety was conducted today by firemen. No comment. They should have announced earlier to the students. I brought my books and my heavy file. *sigh*

Gosh. I'm getting lazier day by day.

I'm in Arts class. Not Science. After more than 6 months, some teachers (and friends) actually thought I'm a Science student. Should I be grateful for I'm not as stressed as the Science girls now? *sigh* I can actually elaborate more on this. Too bad I know personally some of my loyal readers....

Received Ayumi's postcard (all the way from Nara, Japan) yesterday! I was actually feeling all low and sleepy after school when suddenly I found my letterbox contained TWO postcards. =DDDD One for sis and another for me! =D So happy!! And it took them only FIVE days to reach Malaysia!!!!!! Ayumi wrote the date on the day she wrote the postcard (10/01/09) and I got it on 15/01/09!! Fast right?! Makes me wonder whether Ayumi and Minori received our postcards yet...

My surname is NOT Chong. Please la. My name is Vivian CHOONG ba. *pulls hair* Everytime I see anyone typed my name wrongly, I feel like slapping her face! The same mistake has been repeating itself over and over again ever since I started to get my certificates in my primary school. Grrrrrrrr!!!

Vivian C. really, really, really, really appreciates what you've done for the board since July 2008. Those sacrifices you've made, no matter how big or small it is, I thank you very much. I treasure my friends. In one way or another. And I really gotta say a BIG thank you to TeddyMak for standing by my side when I need her the most these days at random times. Most juniors say I have a very serious face most of the time in school. Good news no? XD

I'm a BANANA (or OCBC = Orang Cina Bukan Cina).. and proud to be one. LOL. Not so proud after all, I guess. Neh. It gets pretty sad la sometimes being a BANANA. Not like I've tried learning how to speak mandarin (I know how to listen btw).. It's just hard to get used to it since my paternal family don't speak mandarin, at ALL.

(NO! I'm NOT blaming you, gujeong! Really! Don't torture me with pure-China-mandarin the next time you see me ok!!!)

I have my very own RUDOLPH at school!!!! Jealous or not?!! She used to have a very bright red nose at school. Ever since that day, her nose no more reddish already. =( So sad. But never mind, ONCE A RUDOLPH, ALWAYS A RUDOLPH. =D Come ask me who she is! Hahahahahhahaa!!!

I worry things too much at random times.

I'm a nocturnal person. Can't really do my homework properly during daytime. During my preparation for PMR and SPM, I used to sleep at 5pm and wake up at 12am to complete my homeworks and to revise. After which, I straight go to school without any sleep. I'm sure I was not the only one doing this right? =P

I've been involved in Girl Guides ever since that lill' bit of push from my sis. It's really not that bad as I thought really. At least I get to know great crazy friends such as Maxine and Mei Wern. Oh. And I discovered another side of my sis. Crazy fella. And some other CBNer juniors whom I really never thought I will get in touch with. Mainly cause... I'm.. the.. head?

The last five random facts I've started off with the word "I". Serious.

It's only the SECOND week, and my brain is still not working hard enough yet. The stack of homework is getting higher.

Recently, I've been having difficulties in completing tasks given by the teachers. Thankfully I can almost always manage to fix things up and everyone ended up satisfied. *sigh* Either my STML (Short-Term-Memory-Loss) is back or I have too much job to do till I lost track of everything (!!!!!).

Gah. Hope this won't last long.

This week's house practice started off with the Adele house. Disturbing thoughts seem to be clouding my head the whole session of my house practice. I hope it'll remains as it is. No, people. I don't like you reminding me about the incident. As if your statement or comment gonna change anything in the past. Stupid you. Eff la.

And did I tell you I do badly for my Business quiz today?

Also, I've noticed more and more people (more specifically, CBN juniors) love to have a poke at me and tell me things which hurts terribly my eyes to read.

Went to the EduFair2009 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. It wasn't as packed as the PC Fair I went to last month. *Shrugs* Didn't intend to visit the fair though because I wasn't keen on going. Haven't even finish STPM.. Since Maxine asked, planned to accompany her.

With that, my sis and I reached KLCC around 11.50am.


At the fair, we were going around and about, visited from one booth to another. I was basically wandering around, getting more and more brochures. Most of them probably gonna end up in my dustbin anyway. Along the way, filled some survey forms from random unis and colleges. I bet you I'm gonna get lots of brochures when I'm done with my STPM. Just like what I went through after SPM. ==

Something stupid happened too. We were near ACCA booth when Maxine voiced out that she want to get some info on TAR College. Oh! By the time we reached ACCA booth, our hands were full of brochures. Without any bags at all. So we decided to pretend that we're interested in ACCA, since they were giving out bags ;D


Oh yes. She was searching high and low for the TAR College booth and true enough, both the Choong sisters followed her. From HALL 1 TO HALL 5!!! After the long-distance walking from one end to another, it turned out that TAR COLLEGE booth was right beside the ACCA!!!! WTH?!!


THREE FREAKING PAIRS OF EYES ALSO CANNOT SEE THAT HUGE-ASS TAR COLLEGE BOOTH!!!!

DXXXXX!!! All that walk for nothing I tell you!! NOTHING!!!! *wails*


Off to Burger King for lunch. After which, we gossiped so much that we need some Clorets Mint tablets to cure the smelly breathe we got after that.

*pulls hair* beh tahan that fella la I tell you. Her face is so thick!

Had teppanyaki. Sis's treat. ;D



After the Teppanyaki meal, I had a sudden crave for ice-cream. Suddenly, everyone was on a mission. To get ice-cream!!! =D McDonald's ice-cream machine broke down. A&W's root beer float, is not ice cream. Walked back to Burger King and had Caramel topping ice cream!


What I don't get back then was why the hell suddenly that fella opened up a book and study her BIO, PHY, CHEM, and ADDMATHS notebook. =________= So annoying. Ish.

Said Bye Bye and went back home.

OH OH!! I tried the Nasi Lemak Antarabangsa already! They opened up a branch here at my place. You guys should try it out someday! Don't need to go all the way to Kampung Baru already! =D



Though I gotta admit, been awhile since I ate the one at Kg. Baru. *sigh*

Yes. Second meeting (or should I say the third??) was held today. The meeting was on earlier than usual. As requested by Maxine at 9.00am. Arrived around 9.30, expected to get some scolding actually. BUT BUT BUT. That fella Maxine herself was late. Don't remember what time but she was later than us Choong sisters la!

Too bad. *cough*

Oh yes. A few juniors from CBN were involved in this. Mostly form 2's. Pretty quiet ones too..





After sweeping, we had to mop the room. Since we could n't find any mops around (I swear there's one in the HQ! But.. oh well. Lazy.), had to wipe clean the room's floor the cinderella-style. ;)



I was there to witness and take photos only. Didn't help them cause I was feeling all reluctant to take off my shoes and socks. =P



They were using a pail of water to clean their cloth. When one of them noticed there's a sink for them to use lo!!!! *cough* After all the mafan-ness to carry the new pail of water from the far-far-away toilet.



After wiping clean and letting the floor to dry, it was time to bring in the furnitures!







Got back home. Maxine followed us to have our lunch at Jusco.

Before that, we cuddled ourselves in blankets and did mouliu stuff.

What a way to end the week.

Some people might think I'm a perfectionist and stuff. Then again people, I'm just another human just like you and me. We always strive for the best. Not sure bout you, but at least I know I do! =D And hey! I know being blur is my specialty. To some people out there only, that is. I dunno. Depends on who you're referring to.

Right. As I was saying about me being in my state of blurness.. At least I'm being honest to you whenever I talk to you, no? I can express myself in a way that YOU have to explain all over again the certain matter to me. In that way, you get to know really know the topic you're trying to tell me in order to make me understand what are you trying to tell me! =D In order words, you really have to think real deep before answering me just because I'm blur. Hoho~

Anyway, Forum discipline was held yesterday.

This year, we had slideshows to show the students some of the main highlights of the rules. The heads only had to chip in one or two pages of rules. I really don't know whether the new format works though. When I say works, I am referring to whether the forum causes the students to feel sleepy. *cough* Few years before, the 3 heads had to read out FEW pages of rules (definitely more than two pages!), WITHOUT slides.

*shrugs*

Not that I hope to see a decrease of offences from the students after this forum.. But still.

Aiya. Just don't bring trouble to yourself la. I mean, you only have to attend school for only 5 years maximum (7 years max to form sixers).. Why make life so difficult in this short period of time?

Geez.

Had the AGM for all the sport houses yesterday too. 3 out of 4 heads of the school are Adele-ians wei!!!! And all the Adele-ians from Upper sixers are prefects. Don't know whether it's a good thing or not...

Today's school fine. Nothing BIG happened. So, too bad la for those kepochi out there.

Registration for the co-curicular activities was held today. No comment. Only know it was tiring to arrange all the tables and chairs. And I still find it a waste of space for them to open the counter for Majlis Tingkatan 6.

I mean, the name of the club shows it all lo. The club is obviously for the sixth formers ONLY. It's also compulsory for them to enter. And just in case you do not know, there is only 28 of us. Yes. TWENTY EIGHT. Sad, I know. Arts class has 17 while the Science has 11.

Mom been letting me drive out without her, under the supervision of my sis after school.

For what, you ask?

Go out to photostat some notes, buy stationary, random stuffs la.



She may not be a driver (yet) nor a human who can actually have the rights to comment on how I drive, but still, mom reckons she can be somewhat an "INFORMER" to her. Then again, doubt she can do a good job out of it. Mainly cause she never fails to sleep like a pig every time she's on a moving vehicle.

Oh yes, Shereen. Remember the bus incident during the Malacca trip? I guess you haven't learned your lesson. *shrugs*

Btw, =D I've finally got a chance to show off my ability to do SIDE-PARKING!! Lol! My very first time without anyone experienced around, that is.


Fine la. I gotta admit the gap between the cars where my car was parked was pretty big. It wouldn't take me long to park.. Nevertheless, I did manage to side-park my car, no?!!!

Can't wait for weekend to come.

Hoho. Whole day didn't go class. I missed my Business quiz with Miss Waan, which I still think it's not my fault. Guess what? I actually spent the last few minutes before the clock strikes twelve yesterday with my Business notes lo.

Text books were given out today to the third and fifth formers. SPBT Prefects were in charge of helping out with the teachers. IT TOOK US THE WHOLE DAY TO FINISH EVERYTHING.

From stamping the books to counting books to be given out to the students...

Just plain work. With a bit of jokes here and there. ;)

And I see the canteen queue up thingy is getting better. To those who don't know, they've installed railings in the canteen so that the students can line up and buy their food. On the first day, the whole system was in a mess. Long queue, students feeling lost. Today the queue was faster. Either the system is working (thanks to the prefects and the cooperation from the students) or students lazy want to queue up for their food.

Oh well.

Registration for the Co-curicular activities has been postponed to tomorrow.

It was so-so. It was seriously as if NOTHING had changed since the long holidays! I see the same faces on the stage. LOL. My dearest prefects... What was I thinking eh?

Surprisingly, you guys have the 'oomph' to work on the first day! I'm impressed! Everything was well prepared before the assembly, THANK YOU SO MUCH! I was expecting a bit of hiccup here and there.. Hehe. Hope you'll maintain the very same spirit! ;)

Assembly was great. Long speeches from teachers. Damn tired for standing for so long, some more on my heels!!! Thank god there was someone on the other side of the hall where I was standing. XD Very entertaining her expressions. You know who you are.

I was expecting Upper 6 Arts class to be in the Pink Dorm.. Was all prepared to move to there. Then someone had to ruin my mood lo. MY CLASSROOM REMAINS THE SAME AS LAST YEAR. In the NAZARETH.

Same old scenery. Same old place. And I can even guarantee you, SURE SOME STUPID MONKEYS GONNA STEAL MY LUNCH BOX. I'm not kidding. REAL monkeys, not fake ones (aka friends or classmates. =P) to those who don't know CBN has many monkeys roaming around...

Bah.

Oh! Pn.Goh is my new form teacher! I'm so pleased to know that. =D That's some news which make me feel like smiling more than ever for the day.

Same teachers for the rest of my subjects. Gonna combine with the Science class for General Paper with Pn.Thaju.

Oh yes. No more second assembly this year. Full stop.

We'll be having the registration for the co-curicular activities tomorrow. Will be joining the same clubs as last year's. Prefectorial Board (obviously), Science & Maths, Pecinta Alam (maybe), and Majlis Tingkatan 6. But wth. MT6 clashes with Prefects' meeting on Wednesday.

On the brighter note, =D I'm free after school on Thursday and Friday!

Yes. Thanks to SueFaye for reminding me regarding the Forum Disiplin. It'll be on this Thursday. And no, SueFaye. We'll be using a different format for the forum this year. Don't know how different it can be. But school rules will be shown on slides. That's all I know. After the forum, prefects can officially take down offences. *grins*

Yes, it was the day sis got her PMR results. That very night, dad went and bought her presents for gaining straight A's! How sweet...


And not to forget the arrival of both her close friends from Girl Guides came over our house to have a sleepover.


Apparently the whole objective of having them over at our house was to complete some work for i-have-no-idea-what-it-is.

BUT BUT BUT!!!

After an hour or two, they stopped working. They started chatting the night away. Making so much noise that my parents had to interrupt us by SHHHHH-ing us.

Look!


MeiWern had to share the SINGLE bed with me while Maxine shared with sis. Oh well.. but overall it was fun right?!!! RIGHT?!!! =P We crapped all the way till 5.30am, just right before mom opened the doors to check on us. We pretended we slept and a few seconds later, we slept. FOR REAL. Lame eh?


Sister got her very first piercings on her ear lobes. She even had audiences ok! They are my mom, Maxine, MeiWern, and myself. Heh. I even took a video of her getting her piercings.



Sent both Maxine and MeiWern to LRT station after walking around Jusco and Carrefour. *sobs*

At night, we had the New Year's eve at the Waterfront. The main event was the fireworks!


There were two other friends of Shereen who came over to watch the fireworks with us.




Didn't do much also that night. Slept around 3am maybe.. Both SiewTong and XinMei are early birds la!!! HMPH!


Started off the year with a 7km hiking with sis and uncle around Desa Parkcity.










Went swimming after that.



Orientation for the form 1's. Beh tahan those quiet & blur looks. Can't imagine them turning into lill' devils after a month or two. Bah.

Collapsed onto my bed after reaching home. From 5pm till 10am the next morning. Not bad eh?


Got myself involved with the community service under the Girl Guides. The first meeting was held today.


I drove sis to Brickfields all by myself again =D So, so, so proud of myself!

It went all well when suddenly that Maxine asked whether we can all go lepak at Sg.Wang. After some complications regarding the car I had to drive (still feeling insecure with big, spacious cars..), we manage to come into a conclusion and...

*poof*



I drove them all the way back to MY HOUSE and had my dad dropped us at the monorail station. ;)

Last but not least people,
I just had to introduce to you guys my very FIRST PASSENGER WEARING A SEATBELT AT THE BACK OF THE CAR DRIVEN BY MYSELF!!!!!!!!



School's starting this Monday. Sh*t.
